Accountancy services on estateplanningaccountants.co.uk are provided by Tidy Money Ltd, an ACCA-regulated accountancy practice run by Preetesh Parmar FCCA. We handle the tax and structuring side of estate planning: inheritance tax, trusts, lifetime gifting, business succession, and probate support. We do not provide legal advice or draft wills, which are the work of a solicitor or qualified will writer.

When you submit an enquiry, we come back within 48 hours with a fixed written quote for the work. Any engagement you then enter into is between you and Tidy Money Ltd, on the terms and fees set out in that quote.

The content on this site, including guides, blog articles, calculators, and tax-relief explanations, is general information only. It is not financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and it should not be relied on as such. UK tax law, HMRC rules, and relief thresholds change frequently. • If you accept, we carry out the work and coordinate with your solicitor where a will or deed is involved.

We do not guarantee that we will be able to take on every enquiry, nor do we guarantee the outcome of any accounting, tax, or compliance work, which depends on your circumstances and on HMRC.

There is no charge for your initial enquiry or for the fixed written quote we provide. If you accept the quote, you pay the fees set out in it for the work we carry out. The price we quote is the price you pay.

Accountancy services on this site are provided by Tidy Money Ltd, an ACCA-regulated practice carrying professional indemnity insurance. If you have a complaint about our work, you can raise it with us directly and, if it remains unresolved, with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or cost arising from your use of the general information on this site. Liability for the accounting, tax, or advisory work we carry out for you under an agreed engagement is governed by that engagement and by the professional standards of the ACCA.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law.
